ski touring camp - march

from EUR 1,950.00

17–21 march · Chamonix

A few days of ski touring in the mountains we call home. Think mornings heading uphill, picnics with a view, and afternoons back at the chalet with something good to eat. A little yoga, time to yourself, and evenings around the dinner table or out in Chamonix.

We’ve put together this camp to share some of our favourite things about living here. The skiing, of course, but also the people, the food, and everything that happens once the skis come off.

what to Expect

THE PLAN!

Mornings are spent skinning uphill in small groups, with routes chosen to suit the weather, snow conditions and the group’s level. Expect a steady pace, regular breaks and plenty of time to enjoy the descents. Picnics are taken somewhere with a view.

Afternoons are slower. Come back to something good to eat, then rest, stretch or have a little wonder in town (loads of spa options in town + massages eheh) There’s also time to yourself if you’d like a quiet moment.

Most evenings are spent around the dinner table, sharing a homemade meal and swapping stories from the day. One evening, we’ll head out into Chamonix for dinner and a drink, so you can see the town the way locals do.

You’ll be skiing and living alongside a small group of like-minded mountain lovers. Everyone is there for the same reasons, so it’s easy to feel at home quickly.

our week

WHO IS THIS CAMP FOR?

For anyone curious to explore a little further, spend more time in the mountains and build their confidence in ski touring.

Maybe you've already been on a few ski tours and want to keep learning. Or maybe you're completely new to touring and looking for a good place to start.

Either way, this is a beginner-friendly ski touring camp, but not a beginner skiing camp!

You should be comfortable hiking uphill for a few hours, confident skiing off-piste in a variety of snow conditions, and already know how to use your avalanche safety equipment (transceiver, shovel and probe).

You don't need to be an expert ski tourer, but previous off-piste skiing experience is essential.

We have three twin bedrooms, which you’ll share either with a friend or with another guest we will pair you with.
