Why are these rules strict?
Bedrock Foundation experiences operate with limited capacity, advance bookings, and a professional team. Late cancellations have a significant impact on our operations and costs.
How to cancel
A cancellation is only considered valid once it has been received in writing by email at one of the following addresses:

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the confirmation:
More than 30 days before the start date: deposit fully refunded.
30 to 15 days before: 50% of the total price due.
15 to 7 days before: 75% of the total price due.
7 days or less / no-show: 100% of the total price due.
In the event of a severe accident or any other serious reason:
The participant may obtain a full refund, provided that an official supporting document is submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
After this deadline, the refund conditions listed above fully apply.
