Why are these rules strict?
Bedrock Foundation experiences operate with limited capacity, advance bookings, and a professional team. Late cancellations have a significant impact on our operations and costs.
How to cancel
A cancellation is only considered valid once it has been received in writing by email at one of the following addresses:

Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in your written confirmation, the following terms apply:
More than 30 days before the start date: the deposit is fully refunded.
30 to 15 days before the start date: 50% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).
15 to 7 days before the start date: 75% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).
7 days or less before the start date / no-show: 100% of the total price is due (or retained if already paid).
