Who is this for?
This day is for:
Climbers and mountain lovers curious to try ice climbing for the first time
Participants with some previous rock climbing or mountain experience
Those looking to build technical skills and take their first steps towards greater autonomy in winter mountains
People comfortable in the mountains and happy to learn how to use crampons and ice axes
Those able to handle several consecutive days of mountain activity in cold conditions
You should feel comfortable with long days outdoors and have a reasonable fitness base.
You don’t need any previous ice climbing experience, and you don’t need to have led a rope team. We’ll teach you the basics from the ground up, but some familiarity with climbing or the mountain environment will help you get the most out of the camp.
