5 days in Chamonix combining trail running, yoga, and stunning alpine scenery! With a maximum of 10 participants, split into small groups, you’ll explore incredible trails, enjoy gourmet breaks in mountain huts, and cool off in alpine pools.

Each day blends trail running at your own pace, yoga sessions, and convivial dinners prepared by our chef Julien. During the week, you’ll spend one night in a mountain hut at Loriaz, with a panoramic trail experience.

Between free time, yoga, and running, you’ll find a true balance between effort and relaxation. The week wraps up with a final trail, a sunrise yoga session, and a brunch — leaving you refreshed and full of unforgettable memories.

An overnight stay in a high-altitude refuge, marking a key transition from learning to experience.
A chance to live the rhythm of the mountains, share time with guides, and prepare for a first summit day.

It’s designed as an accessible yet immersive introduction to trail running in an alpine environment, combining movement, recovery, and connection to the mountains

No technical experience is required, but participants should feel comfortable spending several hours in the mountains and have a good base level of fitness

Physical Demands

  • 2–5 hour trail sessions per day (depending on the group and terrain)

  • Up to 800–1200m of elevation gain per day

  • Running and hiking on alpine trails (technical sections possible)

  • Moderate pace with regular breaks and adaptations to each level
