Come spend 5 days in Chamonix combining trail running, yoga, and stunning alpine scenery! With a maximum of 12 participants, split into small groups, you’ll explore incredible trails, enjoy gourmet breaks in mountain huts, and cool off in alpine pools.
Each day blends trail running at your own pace, yoga sessions, and convivial dinners prepared by our chef Julien. During the week, you’ll spend one night in a mountain hut at Loriaz, with a panoramic trail experience.
Between free time, yoga, and running, you’ll find a true balance between effort and relaxation. The week wraps up with a final trail, a sunrise yoga session, and a brunch — leaving you refreshed and full of unforgettable memories.
